VanTrip

VanTrip turns a questionnaire into a camper trip that is ready to drive. You set the days, your interests and your pace, and the app generates the full itinerary. It also explores a place on foot or by bike and returns the whole plan.

The idea is simple: plan a trip without opening ten tabs or building the route by hand.

My role

Personal product, built entirely solo: product, design, the Flutter app and the AI layer that generates the itineraries.

Problem solved

Planning a camper trip means hours of old blogs, maps and spreadsheets. And the plan you build at home is not the plan you need once you are on the road.

Solution and impact

An app that returns an itinerary you can actually follow. The expensive part is not connecting a model; it is making the plan come out right. So the creation flow is not a single call: it runs through several stages where verifier agents review and correct legs until the best possible route is reached. Quality stops depending on prompt luck, and the product can be adjusted without touching the app.

What it means for your project
